Postpartum Yoga + Core RecoveryAfter having my children, I discovered an intense need to bond with my baby and also reconnect with my core self. As a mom & yoga teacher, I've certified in both Yoga Bonding and Mamalates (a pilates-based birth and core recovery) classes.
